Business Administration Department offers formal and secondary education programs in Turkish. Students, completed four years of undergraduate program that involves 240 ECTS equivalent of course study and 2.00 minimum GPA score out of 4.00 are granted with the Business Administration Bachelors Degree.
Program graduates will receive the degree 'a graduate of business department'.
Atatürk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration students are with a high school diploma and the Student Selection and Placement Center (SSPC) as a result of examinations required by the YGS and LYS who are accepted type of equal weight. In addition, the Department of Business Administration after class 2, both vertical transition from the classroom (for graduates of associate degree programs) as well as horizontal transfer (management departments of other universities) students are admitted. These transitions are regulated by a directive and students of higher education institutions in different degree programs or diploma programs in higher education institutions of the same, but the number is announced in advance and can switch under the terms of the transition.
Prior to the completion of undergraduate education, high school education is required. To do this, students must submit the high school diploma.
Students must be successfull in all courses on the programme that are explained education and exam regulation of Ataturk University.

Department of Business Administration graduates could work at marketing and sales, accounting and finance and human reosurces management areas in various sectors ranging from banking and tourism to education and manufacturing . In the public sector graduates could work as administrators, supervisors, administrative judge of the judicial professions. In the private sector, they could work as senior executive, public accountant, and financial advisory in the firms. They could also start-up their own business.
Undergraduates are eligible to graduate education if they provide the necessary conditions.
One or two mid-term exams, quiz exams, home works and one final exam are required for every class offered at the department. 60% of the final exam and 40% of the other exam grades define the final grade of the class. Student has to meet the requirements defined by the guidelines to be eligible to take the final exam. All exams are graded out of 100 points, and relative grading system is used to determine the student’s success grade. For this purpose, course lecturer converts the mid-term, final exam and other grades to the letter grades by means of a statistical evaluation of these based on the rules defined by the guidelines. Students who can not meet the 2.00 GPA minimum for two consequent semesters are not allowed to enroll the following semester’s classes. Any student who gets AA, BA, BB, CB and CC grades from a course is considered to be successful. On the other hand, DC and DD grades are evaluated based on the student’s cumulative GPA. If student’s cumulative GPA is above the minimum GPA, then student is considered to be successful in all courses with DC and DD grades. FF grade is assigned to a student who is assumed to be unsuccessful in a course. A student with a FF grade in a particular course is supposed to re-register for that course first time it is offered with the same attendance and exam requirements. M and G grades are not accounted through the GPA calculation.
Business Administration Department’s education guideline requires the successfully completion of all the course work, applications and similar studies as well as having a 2.00 minimum GPA score to get the degree. Education program consists of theoretic classes and/or practice. Total credit hours required for graduation is 144 credit hours in Business Administration Department excluding the common obligatory classes.
Undergraduate education is conducted face to face.
