Students with bachelor degrees from Faculties of Veterinary Medicine can apply for the program
Students who have graduated in veterinary faculty program can be directly admitted to the department.
In order to receive a Master of Science degree in Veterinary Obstetrics and Gynecology field, students have to successfully complete compulsory and elective courses, give a seminar about their thesis subjects, and present and defend research thesis.
To bring competence in obstetrics and gynecology in female domestic animals
The students who have done their master degrees in Veterinary gynaecology and obstetrics can do Ph.D. in the department. On the other hand, while students can work as technical staff, manager and project leader in agriculture, livestock and other sectors, they can also work as local authority and expert.
The students who have completed their educations in the master program of Veterinary gynaecology and obstetrics can do Ph.D. in the program.
There is at least one midterm exam and final exam for each course of the program. Quiz and homework can also be given. Midterm evaluations (exam, quiz, and homework) contribute 30% and final exam contribute 70% to overall grade of each course. Student must attend to class (80%) to take final exam. All midterm activities are evaluated based on 100 points.
Students must obtain minimum 70 point in required and elective courses, present at least one seminar, and complete thesis.
